My daughter had engine failure on 81S just before Lafayette. I had AAA tow to your shop. Prior to that I called and spoke to Eric to advise if situation. Being the holiday week he indicated it may be a few days before they could get to it. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call either later that day or the next with updates. Rodney was in constant communication resolving the issue. I want to thank Eric and Rodney again for their great turnaround and outstanding friendly customer service!

Julian is super professional, extremely knowledgeable, and very personable. Would work with him in the future. We really felt like he went above and beyond to secure our business. The whole experience with all team members from the dealership (but especially Julian) from start to finish was what buying a car should feel like.

Everything went smoothly and very polite and courteous customer service. Great job!

Everything was completed, it did take all day for an oil change, inspection, and tire rotation. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Did an excellent job and listened to my concerns

My car was making a noise made an appointment took it in. Repair is very expensive but cheaper than buying a new car. Had to order parts in advance so waiting on parts to arrive. Will know more when car is scheduled for repair
