You guys are good.

I have purchased many vehicles over the last 40 years all over NY and PA. I spend several weeks researching what is the best between automakers for me and what is a reasonable cost. For me this is the hardest part. I make calls and visit many dealerships in a 200-mile radius. some would not Give you the time of day until stopped. If i did stop, they would low ball my trade. Some advertise a special lowest but high price and will not move it. Bill Rapp was not one of these dealerships. I had a number in mind for my trade which they honored and a good, advertised price for the vehicle. Not only did my salesman Rocko create a great pre-purchase experience but the buying process was seamless, and customer driven. They handled the buying process tasks with minimal effort on my behalf.
