My car was making a noise made an appointment took it in. Repair is very expensive but cheaper than buying a new car. Had to order parts in advance so waiting on parts to arrive. Will know more when car is scheduled for repair

Service was completed in a timely fashion.

Even though they had call offs my care service was taken care of in a timely manner. I don't live close so they offered to take us to a restaurant, which we did and it was such a nice day we walked back and then only waited maybe an hour.

I had a positive experience, everyone was friendly and more than happy to assist me.

Brought truck in to check my air conditioning. Couldn't help me, but told me i needed new brakes front and back and had to leave truck overnight. Picked up my truck the next day after paying over $1900.00 for brake pads and rotors. The lady service agent gave me a written estimate to replace my a/c compresssor of $2300.00. After all these years of being happy with the prices and service from BR I'll now have to find a new auto mechanic. BR's only concern now is $$$$.
