Had my vehicle for four hours while I waited and never did tell me what was wrong, and they needed more time. I do not have the flexibility to leave it for a day. On top of that, I was told the diagnostics would be covered and then came back and said because you didn't find anything wrong, you were going to and did charge me $208 for it. Then you quoted me over $4,000 to fix a problem you didn't know what it was. Not happy. I would find it hard to recommend or use your service dept. going forward, let alone buy a vehicle from you. Sorry, but you asked. I'm sure I will not hear from anyone at Rapp,

I was surprised how fast the work took.

Went in for tire sensors and rear brakes. Work was timely and service personnel were fantastic !
